Monday: Students will work on Unit 7 Vocabulary and the Atmosphere. Students will also receive project directions for their Storm projects that will be due on Friday.
Tuesday-Thursday: Storm Projects in the computer lab: Students will use internet resources (listed below) to make a presentation about a type of weather storm or an event caused by a weather storm.

Students will also work on gathering data for a lab experiment this week that explores absorption and release of heat between land and water.
Friday: Quiz followed by activities that help students better understand the difference between weather and climate

1. Study at least 30 minutes each day for Friday's quiz! Items to study include Unit 7 Vocabulary, Bill Nye-Atmosphere Notes; Layers of the atmosphere flip book/notes.
2. Students who have not finished the Unit 7 Vocabulary sheet need to access the online textbook (link to the right) and complete it.
3. If you do not finish your presentation by the end of class on Thursday, then it is homework due Friday.
