In Class: This week students will be reviewing for the SLO test. SLO is an acronym for "Student Learning Objectives". This test assess student gains in the area of 6th grade Science this year. I will be giving the test on Friday. The schedule is a bit different this week to accomodate special activities, such as Field Day which iwll be taking place on Wednesday.
At Home: Only make-up work will be assigned this week.
In Class: Our Astronomy unit continues this week with students learning about eclipses and preparing for the unit test. The test will be Wednesday. Notebooks/folders are also due on Wednesday. Parents and students please check the ParentVue/StudentVue site and make up any missing work by Wednesday.

Monday: Complete the study guide due tomorrow for a homework grade. Students may use the online textbook as a resource as well as class notes. A link to the online textbook is below and to the right. Make up missing work.
